In the rejuvenation of this Kukui Grove anchor space 20 new openings were punched out to make way for this Old Castle Building Envelope Window Wall 3000 System. Combined with the 24' Curtainwall entrance system, we brought new life and plenty of light to this new store.
NEW MAUI COUNTY SERVICE CENTER
Featuring impact rated Arcadia Storefront with integrated sunshades, Arcadia Curtainwall systems and, a Stanley automatic entrance this building envelope will serve Maui County well for many years to come. On the interior a Railcraft Butterworth handrail system was employed in the lobby to compliment all of the beautiful architectural elements. Also included inside were glass partitions in the DMV and other service counter areas.
KONA COMMONS RE-DEMISE
Taking one very large store that is no longer with us, and turning it into 6 different units. One of these is a highly anticipated national apparel retailer.
TIMBERS RESORT KAUAI
Timbers Kauai, with 47 private residences offers an oceanfront location like no other. The Solar Innovations impact rated sliding doors, with many configurations including a 24' wide multi slide, proved to provide quite the challenge. A challenge that our team was ready to tackle. Along with frame-less shower enclosures and jumbo vanity mirrors, the glass work on this project was just one of the things that really made this a luxury property.
KEALANANI PLAZA
This shopping plaza in Kapolei provides 20 retail units across three buildings. With Arcadia aluminum center-glaze storefronts all fabricated on-site this one came together real quick.

KUMUWAI - 1902 YOUNG ST.
The Kumuwai affordable senior rental project is located at the corner of Young and Artesian streets in McCully. Island Glass was brought in to modify the existing curtainwall system with EFCO functional windows to allow natural ventilation of the new housing units.
KAPAA MIDDLE SCHOOL HURRICANE HARDENING
In an effort to better protect the school's property from potential hurricane damage many of the old glass windows have been replaced for louvered units that are topped off with CrimSafe impact rated security screens.
